This is a first edition of Buxton's P.38, Volume III.  This is a desirable book in the series because it covers serial number range extensions that were discovered after Volume's I & II were written. This book also covers a lot of post-war variations. This book is in near mint condition with only a very small amount of wear on the gold embossing at the muzzle of the P.38 on the cover.  The variation in color of the P.38 on the cover is a result of glare from the picture.  The color is very uniform.  $100
